The MSPP requires you pass x3 exams, the foundation, practitioner and advanced practitioner.  I struggled with these and found them far more difficult than the Prince2 exams.  This was the only certification that I attended a course for - this proved to be a good call!  I also found the MSPP to be far less process driven than Prince2.
